The intake is nearly always forgotten
Almost everyone works out the exhaust and nobody works out the intake, when without an intake you have no exhaust.
An extractor can only remove air if the same amount enters somewhere. If it does not, your fan pulls against a sealed room and output collapses, however powerful it is on paper. In a grow tent you see it immediately: the walls pull inward.
Often passive is enough. An opening or a mesh-covered zip lets air in without anything connected to it, provided the opening is generous: count on at least twice the area of your exhaust duct.
But two situations call for directing that air, and then you need ducting. The first is when the air in the room itself is too warm or too humid and you want to draw it from elsewhere. The second is when you want to filter the intake against dust and spores, or control it with a second fan.
Five metres is usually ample for such an intake run, and this ducting suits it exactly as well as it suits the exhaust.

Frequently asked questions
Should my intake match my exhaust?
For a passive opening, larger: at least twice the area. For an active intake with its own fan, the same size is fine.
Can the same ducting serve intake and exhaust?
Yes, it is the same ducting. The intake side lasts longer because clean air passes through it.
Why is my tent pulling inward?
Too little intake. Enlarge the opening or run a duct to it.
