What the limits actually mean
Three limits are quoted on this ducting, and all three sound generous until you know where they come from.
From -30 to +140 °C. The upper figure comes from the aluminium laminate and is meant for industrial work such as extracting welding fumes. In a grow room you will never approach it. The lower figure is the useful half: ducting run outdoors or through an unheated loft stays flexible in frost rather than going brittle.
Maximum 30 metres per second. That is air speed, not volume. For a sense of scale: in a 200 mm duct, 30 m/s works out at nearly 3400 m³/h, far more than a normal set-up moves. In practice you sit well below it, which is just as well, because air moving fast through flexible ducting hisses audibly.
Maximum 3000 Pa working pressure. This is what the wall takes without deforming. By comparison, a carbon filter and a long run together typically produce a few hundred pascal. Here too you keep margin in hand.
In short: in normal use you work inside all three limits with room to spare. They become relevant the moment you extract something industrial or work outdoors.

Frequently asked questions
Can this ducting run outdoors?
On temperature yes, down to -30 °C. Direct sun and weather will wear the outer jacket over time.
Can I extract welding fumes with it?
That is what this range was originally built for, hence the 140 °C upper limit.
Will I ever reach 30 m per second?
Not in a grow set-up. At this size that would mean nearly 3400 m³/h.
