Sizing on your lamps rather than your floor area
The usual rule of thumb for extraction is about the volume of your room: volume times air changes. That works, but it misses the point once lamps are burning, which is why this fan is rated per lamp rather than per cubic metre.
The reason is that nearly all the heat in a grow room comes from the lighting. A 600 watt lamp turns that six hundred watts almost entirely into heat, since the part leaving as light is absorbed by leaves and walls anyway. So your extraction has to carry six hundred watts of heat away continuously, and that figure does not change if your room is a little larger or smaller.
Hence the rating on this model: suitable for two 400 or 600 watt lamps. Where the 125 mm version is sized for one lamp, this is sized for two.
Two things to take with it. Growing under LED releases less heat per gram harvested, so you can manage with less extraction. And with a carbon filter fitted, plan on less than the stated 800, because the filter costs you part of your capacity.

Frequently asked questions
How many lamps will this serve?
Two at 400 or 600 watts is the rating. Under LED you have more in hand.
Will I get 800 with a filter fitted?
No, a filter always costs capacity. So choose above your calculation.
Why does the lamp count for more than the room?
Because nearly all the heat you have to remove comes from the lamp.
