This is an aerosol with a propellant, and the label carries two warnings worth repeating here: extremely flammable and causes serious eye irritation. In a grow room they deserve extra attention, because a grow room contains equipment that gets hot.

Away from heat and sparks. Do not spray towards a lit lamp, a ballast, a heater or any other hot surface, and not towards an open flame. The propellant is flammable while it hangs in the air.

The can stays pressurised even when empty. Do not pierce it and do not burn it, not even after use. Store below 50 °C, so not on a sunny windowsill, not beside a lamp, and not in a car standing in the sun.

Do not breathe it in, and keep it out of your eyes. Spray upward and away from your face. If something does reach an eye, rinse gently with water for several minutes, remove a contact lens if present, and keep rinsing. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

Store out of reach of children, and dispose of the empty can as a pressurised container rather than with ordinary waste.

Used that way there is nothing unusual about it; these are the same rules that apply to any aerosol, with the addition of an environment where heat is always present.
