Eleven months, and what decides that term
Prima Klima states an active life of eleven months for the Eco Line. That figure is an assumption rather than a guarantee, and it helps to know what it assumes.
A carbon filter does not wear out, it fills up. The pores in the carbon catch molecules until there is no room left, after which air passes just as well but the odour comes out the far side. There is no visible signal: the filter looks identical on day one and day four hundred.
What shortens the term is mainly moisture. Water vapour occupies the same pores as odour molecules, so in permanently humid air part of your carbon is busy with water instead of smell. Run consistently above seventy percent humidity and expect less than eleven months.
The second is throughput. More air per hour means more molecules per hour, so running this filter permanently at 480 rather than 360 uses it up faster.
The third is dust. Dust closes the outer surface and raises resistance before the carbon is even spent; a pre-filter prevents that.
Note the date you hang it. That is the only reliable way to know when it is due for replacement.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know it is full?
By the odour, not by the filter. Which is why noting the fitting date is the practical method.
Can I replace the carbon?
The Eco Line is maintenance free and not designed to be refilled.
Does it last less in a humid room?
Yes. Water vapour occupies the same pores as odour.
