What the Industry Line adds over the Eco Line

At this size both lines move the same air, and the price difference is considerable. Four concrete things explain it, and a fifth reason often given does not.

A higher carbon density. The pack sits tighter, so it moves less in use and sheds less dust. A filter blowing carbon particles into the ducting fouls your fan.

A longer stated life: two years against eleven months for the Eco Line. That is close to double, and it is the item on which the extra cost repays itself if you use the filter to the end.

A pre-filter included. It catches dust before it reaches the carbon. Without one, resistance climbs while the carbon is not yet full.

Pre-fitted hanging hooks, which helps when mounting and means horizontal fitting is provided for.

What you are not buying is better odour binding per gram of carbon. Prima Klima uses the same grade of carbon for both lines; the difference is how densely it is packed and how long you can use it.

In short: for a short cycle after which you replace anyway, take Eco. Running year round or in humid air, the extra pays.
