Vents - TT 125 RV Mixed-Flow Inline Fan Ø125 mm

A 125 mm inline fan with a mixed-flow impeller and two-speed motor, rated 220 or 280 m³/h. ABS casing, ball bearings and IPX4.

The TT 125 RV shares a duct size with the TT Pro 125, which makes it the clearest place to explain what actually separates the two series.

TT or TT Pro at the same duct size

The two series look alike and hang on the same ducting. What the price difference buys comes down to three things.

Airflow. On high the gap is 70 m³/h, better than a quarter. That is the difference between just enough and comfortable for the same space, and it also means the Pro can do the same job at a lower speed.

Material. ABS against low-flammable polypropylene. In a grow room with lighting and wiring nearby that is not a redundant property.

The protection. This is the difference that shows least and costs most. On the TT 100 and TT 125 the thermal switch cannot be reset: if it trips on overheating, the fan is written off. On the Pro series it can.

That makes the choice fairly clear. Run it gently, with a clean filter and headroom to spare, and this one does the job and leaves you money. If your setup sits at the top of what 125 mm will carry, the Pro is the safer buy.

Build and maintenance

Mixed-flow impeller, ball bearings, IPX4 and rated for continuous duty to 60 °C. The motor and impeller block lifts out on clamps for cleaning without disconnecting ducting, and it mounts in any orientation.

Frequently asked questions

Is the TT Pro 125 worth the difference?
If your setup has resistance or you often run the fan flat out, yes: more air, better material and a resettable thermal cut-out.

Does it fit the same ducting as the Pro?
Yes, both are 125 mm. You can switch later without changing your run.

Is 280 m³/h enough for a 100 x 100 cm tent?
Comfortably. That tent is 2 m³ and asks for 120 m³/h for one air change per minute.
