What you are buying is not the discount, it is the wiring

A grow kit is usually a stack of separate devices with one price around it. This one is not. Every powered component in this box has a UIS connector, and that changes what you are taking home.

UIS is AC Infinity's connection system. The inline fan, the grow light and the clip fan each have a control cable that plugs straight into the CONTROLLER AI+. The controller has eight ports. Fan into port 1, light into port 2, clip fan into port 3, and from then on all three run from one screen.

What that gives you in practice: the light does not go on a plug-in timer and the fan does not go on a separate speed controller. You set a schedule per port, or you let the controller react to what the sensor reads. The sensor is a probe on a lead that you hang among your plants, not a reading taken inside the unit.

Buying separately is also possible and sometimes wiser. But then you own three devices with three sets of controls, and the odds are good that two of them will not talk to each other. Here the compatibility is the product.

There is a further consequence. Because everything is UIS, you can expand later on the same controller: a second clip fan, a humidifier, another light. Five of the eight ports are still free.

The controller in this box

This kit contains the CONTROLLER AI+, with eight ports, wifi and bluetooth. Not the Controller 69 Pro, which we sell separately and which is a different device. This page previously gave the wrong name.

The controller belongs on the outside of the tent, on the supplied steel mounting plate. There it sits at room temperature and you read it without opening the tent. Only the probe goes inside.

The components

The IONBOARD S22 is rated for a 60 × 60 cm area, exactly the floor of this tent. The knob on the light sets brightness in 20% steps; turn it to UIS and the controller takes over.

The CLOUDLINE A4 is a 100 mm inline fan with an EC motor, paired with a 100 mm carbon filter and 2.4 metres of flexible ducting. The CLOUDRAY S6 clip fan clamps to a tent pole and oscillates through up to 90 degrees.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Controller 69 Pro included?
No. This kit contains the CONTROLLER AI+. They are two different devices and we sell both separately.

Can I add more devices later?
Yes. The controller has eight ports and three are in use. Any AC Infinity device with a UIS connector can join.

Do I still need a timer?
No. Scheduling lives in the controller itself, set per port.
