Grow tent measuring 120 × 60 × 180 cm with a 2000D oxford outer canvas, diamond mylar interior and a Ø 22 mm steel frame. The only tent below the 733 with a 200 mm duct port.

That single 200 mm port is your way out later

The 642 has four 100 mm ports, four at 150 mm and one at 200 mm. That last one is unusual: the smaller models in this range have none at all. On the 422, 632 and 722 it stops at 150 mm.

Why that matters is about the order in which people expand a setup. Almost nobody buys everything at once. You start with a tent and a light, then add extraction, then a carbon filter, and then discover that filter and ducting together create more resistance than your fan can handle. The standard answer is a bigger fan.

At that moment the tent decides whether you can. A 150 mm port cannot be enlarged. You can fit a larger fan through a reducer, but that throttles the airflow at precisely the point you wanted to widen, and you pay for capacity you then throw away.

With a 200 mm port none of that applies. You can run 150 mm for years and step up later without replacing the tent. That is the reason to consider this size over the 632, more so than the extra 0.18 m² of floor.

A long, shallow footprint

120 × 60 cm is 0.72 m², but the shape does as much work as the area. At 60 cm depth you can reach every plant from the front, including the back row, because your arm covers that distance. At the same time 120 cm of width lets you place plants side by side rather than front to back, which means they all sit the same distance from the light.

Frame and load

Ø 22 mm steel tubing with a metallic finish, against the 18 mm that is common. AC Infinity publishes 113 kg as the beam weight capacity, equal across the whole range.

There are three roof bars. Separate mounting bars are not roof bar replacements, which AC Infinity warns about explicitly.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to buy 200 mm extraction straight away?
No. The port is there for when you need it. Start with what suits your setup and use the large port when you expand.

Why is there only one 200 mm port?
Because a tent this size normally runs a single exhaust line. Intake comes through the passive openings or one of the smaller ports.

How does it differ from the 632?
Same depth and height, 30 cm more width, and the 642 has a 200 mm port where the 632 does not.
