The FlexiPot system for 24 pots is the largest in this range: twenty-four 1Pot XL trays with AQUAvalve5 and twenty-four 18.9 litre fabric pots. At this scale something counts that does not matter at four pots: what you do with it all between crops.

Fabric folds flat, plastic does not

Twenty-four rigid 25 litre pots are, out of season, still twenty-four rigid 25 litre pots: they take the same room empty as full. Fabric pots do not. Empty, they fold flat, and a stack of twenty-four is a fraction of the volume.

That carries beyond storage. AutoPot cite lower shipping costs and easier storage as an advantage themselves, and for anyone growing in cycles and using the space differently in between, it is a real gain.

What you reuse and what you replace

The FlexiPots themselves are durable and reusable, and can be cleaned between crops. They last several cycles.

The PotSocks do not last indefinitely. Reckon on several crops each. Copper is woven through the material rather than only coating it, so they keep working once the outer layer oxidises, but at some point you replace them. Across twenty-four pots that is an item to plan for rather than a surprise mid-crop.

The same goes for valves and trays: clean them between crops so the air seal sits on a clean floor again.

What 24 pots asks besides

A reservoir that can feed twenty-four fabric pots for days, and those use more per day than plastic through wall evaporation. All trays at one level. And indoors, allowance for noticeably higher humidity from all that evaporating surface.
