AutoPot - Easy2Grow 20 Pots Watering System

The Easy2Grow 20 feeds twenty plants from one tank. The pots stand two at a time on ten Easy2Grow trays, and every tray has its own AQUAvalve5. No pump and no timer are involved.

Twenty plants are really ten pairs

On Easy2Grow one valve always serves two pots. At this size that turns into something the small sets let you ignore: you are not making twenty separate decisions but ten. Which two plants share a tray?

The practical approach is to sort as you pot up. Lay your young plants out by size and split them so each tray gets two comparable ones. Skip that step and you end up with ten trays in which the stronger drinker sets the pace and the other stands wet longer than suits it.

It also saves work during the run. A tray whose two plants keep pace only needs checking. A tray with a mismatch keeps asking for attention, and ten small demands make a morning.

What ten trays ask of your pipework

The main line is 16 mm and the branches to the trays are 9 mm. Five cross connectors come in the box and each one feeds two trays, so your layout falls naturally into five groups of two.

Measure the run before the first tray goes down. The supplied pipe is generous for a block layout and tight as soon as you want ten trays in one long line. Buying more pipe is easy enough, but knowing beforehand beats finding out halfway.
