Blumat connector Ø3mm

The 3 millimetre connector joins two lengths of drip hose, meaning the thin line between the T-piece and the sensor.

Where the damage usually is

Not in the supply hose but here. The 3 millimetre line sits down among the plants, between pots and at ground level, which is exactly where things get hoed, moved and tugged. A cut or snapped length of drip hose is the most common fault in a Blumat installation.

A connector repairs it on the spot: cut out the damaged piece, connector in between, done. Quicker than replacing a whole drip line, and you do not have to pull the sensor out of the root ball.
