A two metre lead with a moulded plug, 2 x 0.75 mm². Two cores and a thin cross-section, which makes this a different product from the other leads on these pages.
Two cores means no earth
This lead has live and neutral, and no earth conductor. That makes it intended for appliances that do not need an earth: double-insulated equipment, usually marked with the symbol of two squares one inside the other, and small appliances with a plastic housing.
It is not intended for equipment with a metal housing, and therefore not for ballasts, fans, pumps or most of what else hangs off the mains in a grow room. Those need three cores. If your device has an inlet with an earth contact, it wants a lead with an earth.
The thickness is different too
0.75 mm² is considerably thinner than the 1.5 mm² of the earthed leads alongside. That suits light equipment and not something drawing at full power for hours. Go by what the device itself states; that rating is authoritative, not the price or whatever happens to be in the drawer.
What it is good for
A small pump, a lamp, a clock, a double-insulated gadget: that is what this lead was made for and it serves well there. The plug is moulded, so there is nothing to assemble and nothing inside that can work loose.
If you are unsure whether your device needs an earth, assume it does, or ask someone who can judge it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I connect my fan to this? Only if it does not need an earth. If your device has an earth contact, it wants an earthed lead.
How do I tell whether something needs an earth? Look at the inlet and at the rating plate. Two squares one inside the other means double insulated, and then no earth is needed.
Why is this lead cheaper? Less copper and one core fewer. It is correspondingly lighter rated.
What if I am not sure? Take the earthed version, or put it to someone who can judge it.
