An earthed SKROSS travel adapter that lets plugs from more than 220 countries fit a European socket. Designed in Switzerland, suitable for two- and three-pole plugs.
It fits, it changes nothing
This is what most often goes wrong with travel adapters, and it can cost you a device: this adapter does not convert voltage. All it does is make a different plug shape fit a European socket.
If your device comes from a country running 100 to 127 volts and is not rated for 230, then through this adapter it gets 230 volts to deal with. What happens next depends on the device and is rarely good.
So always check the rating plate first. If it shows a range like 100 to 240 volts, the device suits both supplies and an adapter is enough. If it shows only 110 or 120 volts, you need a voltage converter, not this.
Which plugs fit it
The adapter has receptacles for Switzerland, Italy, Brazil, the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan, Australia and China, and Europe. The output is always European. That makes it the right model for visitors from abroad or for equipment brought back from elsewhere, and not for a European device you are taking on a trip.
Earthed, and that counts
This version suits both earthed and unearthed plugs, two- and three-pole. On equipment with a metal housing that is not a luxury: an adapter that does not carry the earth through removes your device's earthing without you seeing it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I plug a 110 volt device into this? Only if that device is itself rated for 230 volts. The adapter does not convert voltage.
How do I know whether my device is suitable? Check the rating plate. 100 to 240 volts is fine. Only 110 or 120 volts means you need a converter.
Does it work the other way round? No. The output is European, so it is for foreign plugs in a European socket.
Does my device stay earthed? Yes, this version suits three-pole earthed plugs.
