The Zeus 600W Pro 3.1 is the heaviest model in this range: 1990 µmol/s at 3.1 µmol/J across six bars, meant for a 150 × 150 cm growing area.
The number in the name is not what your meter reads
Check this lamp's figures against each other and they will not add up. 1990 µmol/s divided by 600 watts is 3.3, while the box says 3.1 µmol/J. One of the two looks wrong. Neither is.
It comes down to which 600 watts you mean. The number in the model name is a class designation, much as 600 watts was a size for HPS lamps for years. What the fixture actually pulls from the socket sits above that, and Lumatek calculates efficiency over that real draw. Divide the output by the nominal figure and efficiency comes out too high; divide by the real draw and the 3.1 holds.
We do not print that real draw here, because Lumatek publishes no figure for it on this model and we are not going to derive one from a division. What you can take from it: if any lamp's efficiency does not reconcile against the wattage in its name, assume a different wattage was used in the calculation and ask.
