An adapter connecting to the bare dimming wires of your LED driver, for lamps without an RJ connector. Works with drivers including Meanwell, Sosen and MOSO.
Connecting at wire level
Where the Type-A and Type-B expect a ready-made RJ11 or RJ12 plug, this adapter goes a step further back: it connects directly to the two dimming wires coming out of your driver.
That makes it the most broadly usable of the three, because many LED drivers have no plug at all. They have a pair of loose wires, often purple and white or blue and white, intended for an external dimmer. Without an adapter those usually end in a simple knob, or in nothing.
What you get in return is lighting that becomes part of your climate control rather than a device standing on its own. You can programme light cycles and schedules, and let brightness respond to your temperature and humidity.
In practice: check before ordering that your driver does have bare dimming wires. If it has an RJ socket, the Type-A or Type-B is the right choice, depending on whether your driver uses PWM and 0-10V or resistance dimming.

Frequently asked questions
Which adapter do I need?
Look at your driver. Bare dimming wires means Type-D. An RJ11 or RJ12 plug with PWM or 0-10V means Type-A. An RJ plug with resistance dimming means Type-B.
Do I have to cut wires?
The adapter is meant to connect to existing dimming wires. If you are unsure about the connection, have it done by someone with electrical knowledge.
Does it work with any brand of lamp?
It is the driver that matters, not the lamp brand. Check your driver's type number.
Can I make my lamp dim when it gets hot?
Yes, that is exactly what linking it to your controller is for.
