The Aqua Master Tools P160 Pro2 is the most complete pen from Aqua Master Tools. It does what the P110 Pro2 does, pH and EC, but also shows conductivity as TDS or ppm. Handy when your feeding chart is written in ppm.

Which ppm scale?

The P160 Pro2 converts EC to ppm using the 700 scale: 1.0 mS/cm is 700 ppm. Some charts use the 500 scale. Check which scale yours uses, or your solution will look stronger or weaker than it is.

Calibration

The pH side calibrates automatically at two points, pH 7.0 and pH 4.0. The EC side is calibrated manually, with any EC calibration solution. After a successful calibration an indicator appears that disappears after 30 days.

Frequently asked questions

P110 Pro2 or P160 Pro2?
If you work in EC, the P110 Pro2 is enough. If you also want ppm or TDS, or a carry case, choose the P160 Pro2.
