1413 µS/cm is EC 1.413, the international standard reference for conductivity. A 100 ml bottle lasts a long time, because an EC meter needs calibrating far less often than a pH meter.
Checking what you cannot adjust
Some of the best EC meters cannot be calibrated at all. The Bluelab Truncheon and the Milwaukee EC40 are factory set with no adjustment whatsoever. Deliberately, because a conductivity sensor measures between two fixed electrodes and does not drift the way a glass pH membrane does.
Yet a bottle of reference solution is useful precisely for those meters, and that is the reason to keep one in the cupboard.
Because you can still check such a meter. Dip it in a liquid of known value and see what it reports. If it matches, you know your meter is still honest. If it does not, you know something is up: usually build-up on the electrodes, occasionally damage.
That is worth more than it sounds. A meter you cannot adjust also gives you no signal when it is wrong: it simply carries on producing tidy numbers. A thirty-second check is the only thing that catches it. Do it at the start of every crop.

Clean the electrodes first; salt build-up is by far the most common cause. If it still disagrees, something is wrong with the meter itself.

Monthly is ample, and always after cleaning the sensor.
Can I pour used solution back?
No. Your probe always carries something over, spoiling your supply.
Can I calibrate a pH meter with this?
No, those are two different measurements, each with its own reference solution.
