C-Result C-Gold Bloom Stimulator

C-Gold is C-Result's bloom feed and the only product in the line for which the manufacturer publishes a week-by-week schedule. That schedule is the most interesting thing about it, because it starts later than you would expect.

Zero through the third week of bloom

In C-Result's grow schedule, C-Gold sits at zero through growth and through the first three weeks of bloom. It only goes in during the fourth week of bloom, at 5 ml per litre. Week five stays at 5 ml, after which it drops to 4 ml per litre through the ninth week of bloom. In the final week you give water.

That build-up is the reverse of what most bloom products do. Where an average bloom feed runs from the moment flowering starts and tapers toward the end, C-Gold does nothing in the first half and comes in at its heaviest exactly when the flowers have to be filled.

In practice: do not buy it to get flowering started. That is not what it is for, and in the weeks when you might want to use it the manufacturer's own schedule has it at zero.

What the manufacturer claims

C-Result describe C-Gold as their bloom fertiliser and name more flowers, more compact and tastier fruit, stronger resin formation, a larger root system and an optimal immune system. They state it consists of high-quality organic fertiliser compounds that can be absorbed directly by the roots.

Within their line C-Gold belongs with C-Silver, its counterpart for the growth phase. Together the two form the base feed; C-Gold is the bloom half.

C-Result publish no analysis for this product. What they do publish is the week schedule, and for using it that is more useful than a number.

In use

From the fourth week of bloom, 5 ml per litre for two weeks, then 4 ml per litre through the ninth week of bloom, and water only in the final week.

Add C-Gold to your reservoir together with your other feed and boosters, and mix. If you use C-Result as a carrier, that goes in last.

C-Result's schedule also gives target values for EC and pH by week and by substrate, with an EC rising to around 2.4 in late bloom and pH targets differing per medium. It assumes tap water at an EC of 0.3.
