C-Result C-Silver Growth Stimulator

A grow feed from C-Result, 2 to 5 ml per litre of water. The manufacturer's schedule runs it from the first week of growth through the third week of flowering, after which C-Gold takes over.

The largest dose falls in flowering

The name says growth, and C-Result's own schedule says something else. This is how it reads, in millilitres per litre of water:

• Growth week 1: 2 ml
• Growth week 2: 2 ml
• Bloom week 1: 3 ml
• Bloom week 2: 4 ml
• Bloom week 3: 5 ml

So this product's highest dose falls in the third week of flowering, not during growth. That is less strange than it sounds. In the first weeks after the switch to 12/12 the plant is still stretching and building the frame the flowers will later hang on. Physically that is still growth, whatever the clock says.

Put the bottle away at the switch and you skip three of its five weeks, and they are the three at the highest rate.

Where C-Silver stops and C-Gold starts

From bloom week 4 C-Silver drops to zero and C-Gold comes in at 5 ml per litre, tapering to 4 ml for the rest of the cycle. The final week is water.

There is no overlap week where you feed both. It is a clean handover: one out, the other in, in the same week. That makes the two bottles together a complete schedule and each of them separately half of one.

The order in the tank

C-Result give a fixed order and it is short:

• Shake the bottle.
• Add 2 to 5 ml of C-Silver per litre of water and mix.
• Add your boosters and mix.
• Only then adjust the pH.

So pH comes last, which means you measure after everything is in the tank rather than before. Alongside their schedule C-Result also publish target values per substrate, climbing through the cycle: about 5.8 in soil at the start, 5.5 in rockwool, 5.6 in coco and 5.8 in hydro, ending around 6.2, 5.9, 6.0 and 6.2. Those are figures for the whole programme, not for this bottle alone.

What C-Result do and do not publish

They do: it consists of high quality organic fertiliser compounds the root can absorb directly, it suits soil, coco, rockwool and hydro systems, it leaves no residue in drippers and irrigation lines, and it can be combined with feeds and additives from any brand.

They do not: an analysis. There is no NPK on it, no percentages, no ingredient list. So we do not put one there either.

That goes for silver as well. The name suggests it, but nowhere do C-Result name a silver compound in the composition. C-Silver and C-Gold are product names marking the growth and flowering halves of one pair, the way a colour code on a label does.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a grow feed run into flowering?
Because the plant is still stretching and setting its frame in the first bloom weeks. C-Result raise the dose there, to 5 ml per litre in bloom week 3.

Does it contain silver?
C-Result name no silver compound in the composition. The name distinguishes the growth bottle from the flowering one, C-Gold.

What is the NPK?
C-Result publish no analysis for this product, so we do not print one.

Can I spray it on the leaf?
C-Result describe root application only. They give nothing for foliar use.

Do I need to buy C-Gold as well?
For a complete schedule, yes. C-Silver covers growth and the first three bloom weeks, C-Gold covers the rest.
