Full Tilt is the ripener the FloraFlex line ends on: a water-soluble powder for the last two weeks before the flush. It is also the simplest product on this shelf, because there is only one salt in it.
0-47-35, and it comes from monopotassium phosphate
FloraFlex's guaranteed analysis reads 47% phosphate as P2O5 and 35% potash as K2O, and they name the source alongside it: monopotassium phosphate.
That is a single, clean salt carrying exactly two nutrient elements, phosphorus and potassium, and nothing else. No nitrogen, no calcium, no trace elements, no organic fraction, no ballast. For the last two weeks of a cycle that is the point: this is not the moment to introduce new substances the plant still has to process.
It also explains why FloraFlex state the powder goes into solution up to around 2 lb per gallon at room temperature, more than Bulky B. A single salt simply dissolves more readily and more completely than a mixture.
An oxide figure is not an element figure
This is the most common misreading of labels like this, and our own page was making it until recently.
FloraFlex publish P2O5 and K2O. That is the oxide form, standard on fertiliser labels on both sides of the ocean, and those are not percentages of phosphorus and potassium. P2O5 is 43.6% phosphorus; K2O is 83.0% potassium.
For Full Tilt that means roughly 20.5% phosphorus and 29.1% potassium. Read 47 and 35 as elements and you think you are buying more than twice the phosphorus that is there, and your comparison against anything else on this shelf stops holding. That matters the moment you put two ripeners side by side: comparing one label in oxides against another in elements is comparing nothing.
The rule of thumb is short. If it says P2O5 or K2O, it is an oxide. If it says only P or K with a percentage, check what the manufacturer actually publishes before you start calculating.
When, and in what order
FloraFlex place Full Tilt in the last two weeks of fertilised feedings in bloom, so just before you flush. What they claim for it is a higher sugar or Brix level, a denser flower and a rounding-off of ripening.
The mixing order is a real instruction rather than advice: add Full Tilt only once B1 and B2 have fully dissolved. Do it the other way round and the salts compete for the same water, leaving you with undissolved grains.
The dose FloraFlex publish is 3 to 5 grams per gallon. A gallon is 3.79 litres, so that works out at roughly 0.8 to 1.3 grams per litre. That conversion is ours; FloraFlex's own figure is the gallon.
Afterwards, confirm the powder really has dissolved completely and measure your EC before watering. With a ripener at this concentration your EC moves noticeably, and you will probably need to pull your base feed back a little rather than only dosing on top.
