A square growing pot of 7 litres, 20 by 20 by 25 centimetres. Tapered, with a perforated base. You can add a matching saucer to it directly on this page.
The saucer that goes with it
The order box above offers two saucers: 17.4 and 20 centimetres. Both fit under this pot and they do not do the same job.
That both fit comes down to the taper. The twenty centimetres in the product name is the measurement at the top; the base is narrower. The 17.4 centimetre saucer is deep, four centimetres, and sits snugly around that base. The 20 centimetre one is flatter, three centimetres, and leaves some room.
Which you take depends on how you water. If you water heavily and let plenty run through, take the deep 17.4: it holds a good litre and does not overflow readily. If you give small amounts, or the pot already stands on a large catch tray, the flat 20 centimetre one is enough and easier to empty.
Either way the same rule holds: do not leave the pot standing in what it has collected. Empty the saucer or put something between them that keeps the base clear, or the substrate will simply draw the water back up.
Choose no saucer and you get the pot alone. The choice changes nothing about the pot itself.
What seven litres is for
Seven litres is the smallest size in this range that can carry a plant through a short cycle, and the most commonly chosen size for growing several plants side by side. At 20 by 20 centimetres, twenty-five fit on a square metre touching, and nine to sixteen with working room.
There is also a version with holes in the wall. It is otherwise identical in size, and the differences are set out on that page.

Frequently asked questions
Does it come with a saucer? No. You add one above, or order the pot on its own.
Which of the two saucers is better? The 17.4 holds more water, the 20 is flatter and easier to clean. Neither is wrong.
How much water per watering? A litre and a half, until something runs out of the bottom.
What is different about the perforated version? The same dimensions, but with holes in the wall. They add air and drainage and dry back faster.
