The AquaKing Aqua Heater HE-200 is a heater with a built-in thermostat for tanks of 100 to 200 litres. What separates it from an ordinary aquarium heater is not its wattage but the plastic guard around it, and that is exactly why this one belongs in a collapsible water tank where a standard model does not.

Why glass and a fabric tank do not mix

Most aquarium heaters are a glass tube. In a glass tank that is fine: glass meets glass at worst. In a collapsible PVC tank it is another matter. A heating element resting against the wall can heat the fabric hard in one spot, and glass pressed into a fold or knocked to the floor of the tank breaks more easily than you would expect. The best outcome is a ruined heater; the worst is a leak in a tank holding hundreds of litres.

Two hundred watts serves a tank of 100 to 200 litres. Below that it heats faster than necessary and the thermostat cycles more often; above it, it will not reach the set temperature in a cold room. The thermostat adjusts from 22 to 34 °C and holds that value within half a degree.
