The AquaKing Q5503 is the fastest pump in this range at 11,000 litres per hour. What it is not is the most powerful. Against the 7000 litre model, output rises by 57 percent while head goes from 8 to 8.5 metres: a difference of 6 percent.
More litres is not more pressure
That distinction regularly costs people money. Someone shopping for a pump because the water will not reach high enough tends to buy whichever has the biggest number on the box. In this range that does not help: the whole class sits around 8 metres of water column regardless of litres. If you are short on height, the high-pressure pump at 30 metres of head is the answer, not this model.
When volume is exactly what you need
This pump earns its keep on distance and time, not height. Emptying a pool, transferring a large pond, bringing a flooded space back quickly: jobs where the water does not have to travel far upward but there is a great deal of it. Eleven cubic metres per hour means a thousand litre tank empties in about six minutes, provided the hose can keep up.
Make sure the hose can keep pace
At this flow rate the hose is often the limit rather than the pump. Use the wide 30 mm size and keep the run short and straight. An 11,000 litre pump through a thin, long hose delivers little more than a smaller model, and you still pay for the 550 watts.

Frequently asked questions
Does it pump higher than the 7000 litre model? Barely. Half a metre more head. For height, choose the high-pressure pump.
Is this the best choice for a deep cellar? Only if the cellar is shallow and holds a lot of water. Depth is a question of head, and here that is no greater than on the smaller model.
Can I run it on a thin hose? You can, but you throw away most of its advantage. Use 30 mm.
Does it handle dirty water? Solids up to 5 mm, like the rest of the range. Not sand.
