Secret Jardin - Dark Street 60

Grow tent of 60 × 60 × 158 cm with a Ø 16 mm chrome-plated steel frame, M210D mylar canvas and two DF16 ducting flanges with a cutting tool. A tent with no fixed ventilation holes: you make them yourself, where you want them.

No pre-cut holes, but a flange and a blade

Most grow tents arrive with socks in fixed positions. That works as long as your setup happens to match what the manufacturer imagined. If your extraction sits on the other side of the room, you end up running ducting through the tent to reach the sock that happens to be there.

The Dark Street takes the opposite approach. The canvas has no ventilation openings at all. Instead the box contains two DF16 ducting flanges with Ø 100 mm rings and a cutting tool. You decide where the opening goes, cut it there, and clamp the flange into it.

That buys you three things. Your ducting takes the shortest route out instead of around the tent, which saves pressure loss and therefore noise. You can place intake and exhaust diagonally so air travels through the canopy rather than up the wall. And if the tent moves to another room, you cut an extra opening where that room needs one.

The reverse is equally true and worth saying plainly: a cut opening is permanent. Measure twice, and start from the side your extraction is on.

Alongside the two flanges you get a WEBTH60 plant support sized to this tent, a removable WTL60 mylar water tray, a light baffle, a CF7 cable flange, a pair of StrapIT hanging straps and fifteen CableIT ties. For this size Secret Jardin advises 100 watts of LED for intensive flowering and 40 watts through vegetative growth, with 80 to 150 m³/h of extraction.

Frequently asked questions

Do I really have to cut the canvas myself?
Yes, and the cutting tool is included. The flange clamps the edge so the fabric cannot fray and the opening stays lightproof.

Can I add more openings later?
Yes. Separate DF16 flanges and rings are available on their own, in Ø 100, 125 and 150 mm.

Why does this cost more than a Hydro Shoot of the same size?
You are paying for the equipment and for freedom of placement: plant support, water tray, two flanges, light baffle, cable flange and hanging straps are all included.
