This is where the DF16 series stops

Ø 150 mm being the largest DF16 connector is not an accident. It is the upper limit of what fits through this holder's opening, which makes it the end point of a setup that grows with you.

For most hobby tents that is ample. A Dark Street 120 ships with it as standard and needs 250 to 350 m³/h, which a 150 mm fan manages without effort and usually throttled back at that.

If you do run into the limit, the next step is not a bigger connector but a different series:

• DF25, for tents with Ø 25 mm poles such as the Dark Room, with connectors up to Ø 250 mm. Those parts are not interchangeable with DF16, so this is a tent decision rather than an accessory decision.
• DFM315, a mobile flange that needs no pole and makes a Ø 315 mm connection in a flexible wall.

Worth knowing before you buy a tent: if you already expect to pass 350 m³/h eventually, choose a tent whose flange system goes there with you. Switching afterwards means a different tent, not a different coupling.
