The same cabinet as the Original 60, a different light

The For Twenty 100 and The Original 60 are the same cabinet: 60 × 40 × 116 cm, the same 24 volt platform, the same extraction, the same price. The difference lies entirely in the lighting and in what follows from it.

Five LED bars rather than three, 100 W together rather than 60 W. And more important than the wattage: a full spectrum rather than a grow spectrum. The Original 60's grow spectrum resembles spring light and drives a plant toward leaf growth. The full spectrum here adds summer light to that, which is what a plant needs to move from growing into flowering and setting fruit.

And there are no shelves. That is a consequence rather than a saving. A plant running a full cycle needs all 116 cm; shelves would cut that height into three. The Original 60 has them precisely because cuttings and seedlings use little height, so you would rather win area.

Choosing between the two is therefore not about large or small, nor about expensive or cheap. It is about what you do with the cabinet: propagate across three floors, or run one crop through to harvest.

Extraction that regulates on temperature

The supplied extraction fan has a built-in thermostat. It does not run flat out at one speed but adjusts to the temperature you set. In a cabinet this size that is noticeable: 100 W of LED gives off heat, and inside 0.28 m³ the temperature climbs quickly if the extraction does not respond.

The controller also handles the light schedule and LED dimming, so no separate timer is needed.

What is and is not included

Supplied are the five 20 W Cosmorrow LED bars, the extraction fan with thermostat, the circulation fan, the controller and the 24 volt adapters.

A carbon filter is not included. The DF16 filter is a separate option you can select on this product, as is the HM20 heating mat. If you want odour control, budget for it.
