Elastic support net with hooks for the tent frame, available up to 240 × 120 cm. Made to carry weight rather than to hold a layout in place.
The problem of the last few weeks
Late in flower the heads get heavy, and heavier than the branch beneath them can take. You see it in a stem that bends over during the day and half recovers at night, and eventually in a kink in the bark.
That is a different problem from steering. You no longer need to lead the plant anywhere; you need to stop it collapsing under its own harvest. That is what this net is for.
Because it is elastic, it gives a little under load and springs back. A heavy head settles into the mesh, the net takes the load and spreads it across the whole frame instead of one point. On a tightly strung thread that same head would pinch in one place, damaging the bark exactly where the sap flow to that head runs.
That give also absorbs daily movement: every time you open the tent, water, or reposition a branch, the canopy moves. An elastic net moves with it rather than chafing.
When this net and when the WebTH
Put simply: to shape, take the WebTH, because it stays put. To carry, take this. Many growers use both, with a rigid net low for the vegetative stage and an elastic one higher for flowering.

Frequently asked questions
Can I train with this as well?
You can, but the net shifts under pressure, so your layout will not stay put. For training the WebTH suits better.
Can I hang two above each other?
Yes, and it is a common approach: a low net to steer and a higher one to carry.
Does it stay elastic?
An elastic net loses tension over time, particularly under heat and light. Check the tension at the start of each run.
