Three bars is where you start mixing spectra

With one bar you choose a spectrum. With two you are still choosing one, because two identical bars are simply more light. At three it gets interesting, because you can make proportions: two growth bars with a bloom bar added, or a base of two with a third that contributes something.

That is exactly what this range was built for. The bars are interchangeable on the same connector, so you can change the composition of your light without buying a new fixture. At the end of your vegetative stage you swap a cool bar for a warm one and your setup moves with you.

One limitation comes with it and is worth knowing in advance. Everything on this supply switches together. For a mixture meant to burn through the whole light period that is no problem. If you want to add an infrared or ultraviolet bar, which Secret Jardin say should have its own switching time, give that one its own supply and use this for the bars that belong on together.

When combining, simply add the watts: three 20 watt bars make 60 watts, which is exactly what this set carries.

May the three bars have different spectra?
Yes, that is rather the point. They all use the same connector and voltage.

Can I put 40 watt bars on it?
One 40 watt and one 20 watt stays within the 60 watts. Three 40 watt bars is too much for this set.

Do the bars switch independently?
No, everything on this supply follows the same schedule.

Is this power supply waterproof?
No. The supply is IP54, so dust and splash resistant. The LED bars themselves are IP65 and may get wet.
