The most important thing about this set is not on the box: there is no base nutrient in it.

All five bottles are boosters and stimulators. They steer processes, strengthen the crop and support flowering, but none of the five supplies the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium a plant grows on. Aptus themselves write that you combine this set with a base nutrient of your choice, or with their own All-in-One.

So anyone buying this box assuming the feed comes with it ends up with five small bottles and nothing to feed the plant. Count a base nutrient into your order, and choose it for your medium: soil, coco and hydro each ask for something different.

What the set is for: trying Aptus's full booster programme in small bottles, from growth through to flowering, without buying five bottles of 250 ml.

What is in the box

• 50 ml Regulator, steers uptake and raises dry matter content.
• 50 ml Startbooster, root and growth stimulator for the first weeks.
• 50 ml Topbooster, for the flowering phase.
• 50 ml Super-PK, the PK booster in this set.
• 50 ml K-Boost, potassium for the later part of flowering.

Note the fourth bottle. The Tent Set Pro carries P-Boost in that place rather than Super-PK, and has a sixth bottle besides. The two sets are not the same box in two sizes.

The Basic is the entry point for seeing the whole programme work. If you want something smaller there is the Believer Pack with only Regulator and Startbooster. If you want the full set, the Pro adds CaMg-Boost.

All bottles are highly concentrated, fully water soluble and free of ballast salts, so they leave no salt deposit in the medium and do not block drippers.
