Cannacure as a concentrate. The same breathable film on the leaf and the same foliar nutrition as the spray bottle, but you mix it yourself. The ratio is strikingly rich and that is the first thing people misjudge.

330 millilitres to a litre of water

That is roughly one third product to two thirds water. To anyone used to treatments dosed by the capful per ten litres, it feels like far too much. It is nonetheless the stated ratio, and that is because this is not a poison that works in small amounts but a layer that has to be physically continuous.

In practice it means a litre of concentrate gives you about three litres of spray. Work that through before ordering, because the yield is lower than most concentrates on the shelf.

Ten days, no longer

Do not mix more than you will use within about ten days. Mixed solution still standing in the sprayer after that should not be trusted to lay a continuous film.

That lines up neatly with the spraying rhythm: weekly preventive use means a batch covering one or two passes falls comfortably inside the window. Shake the bottle before use and mix thoroughly before transferring to your sprayer.

Spraying

Fine mist, even, top and underside of every leaf. A gap in coverage is a piece of leaf with no protection, so take your time over the underside. Spray with lamps off or under dimmed light.

Once a week preventively. Under heavy pressure every three days, again after three, then back to weekly.

Frequently asked questions

330 millilitres per litre, is that right? Yes. Roughly one third product to two thirds water. It works by coverage, not by the concentration of an active substance.

How much spray does a litre make? About three litres. Reckon with that if you are covering a whole room weekly.

Can I mix a stock in advance? Up to about ten days ahead. Solution kept longer cannot be relied on to lay a continuous film.

Why choose this over the spray bottle? Volume. If you are doing more than a single plant and spraying weekly, mixing is the cheaper route.
