A harvest splits into two jobs that have nothing to do with each other: first cutting, then drying. Garden Highpro supplies something for both, and the choice within each is about something different. With the shears you choose on how you cut; with the nets, on how much you have to fit at once.

The three Procut shears

The Procut Curved has curved stainless blades, letting you get close to the stem without turning your wrist. The Procut Straight is the one for speed and control on larger leaf area and on branches. The Procut One Eye has a finger loop that holds the shears firmly in the hand, with straight, razor-sharp blades for fine work. All three have non-slip grips and are built to be held for a long stretch, which is exactly what trimming is.

The nets, and the number that runs backwards

Here is a detail to know before ordering. The Ø 55 cm Prodry has eight levels. The Ø 75 cm Prodry has six. So the larger net has fewer layers, and that is not a mistake: the 75 gives you more area per layer and the 55 more layers in the same floor space. Which holds more therefore depends on what your harvest looks like, not on the diameter alone. Both stack and both are micro-perforated fabric, so air keeps moving through them.

Why that airflow is the whole point

Drying goes wrong on moisture that sits still, and that happens fastest in the middle of a packed layer. A net that passes air and keeps enough room per layer is what prevents mould. So do not fill a layer until it closes up, however tempting that is when you are short of nets: the perforation then stops working and you have the problem anyway.

That depends on your harvest. The Ø 75 cm has larger layers, the Ø 55 cm has more of them. Check the level count and diameter on both product pages and work out which suits you.

Can the nets be stacked or hung side by side?
They stack and hang from a single point. Do keep space around them, because a net resting against a tent wall dries poorly on that side.
