With most LED brands you have to weigh two things at once: how much light a lamp gives and how efficiently it gives it. With Lux Helios the second question falls away, because all five models are rated at 2.8 µmol/J. That makes this range unusually easy to read: the efficiency is the same throughout, so what you are choosing is wattage and shape.
The figures reconcile
The 200 W gives 560 µmol/s, the 240 W Pro gives 672 µmol/s and the 300 W gives 840 µmol/s. All three are exactly the wattage multiplied by 2.8, so the stated figures within this range do not contradict each other. That is not a given, and it is why we are willing to print those numbers here: where a manufacturer's figures do contradict each other, we leave them off our pages.
The three plain models
The 100 W is the compact one, good for around 60 x 60 cm, and it has no fan. That also means no moving part to fail or start making noise. The 200 W dims to 40, 60, 80 and 100 percent, which matters most with cuttings and young plants: you can give them less light without hanging the lamp higher. The 300 W covers around 100 x 100 cm and is built to IP65, meaning dust-tight and resistant to a jet of water, which is worth having in a room where you spray.
What the two Pro models add
Not efficiency, which is identical. Control and shape. The 240 W Pro LED has a 6, 12 or 18 hour timer in the lamp itself and dims in 25 percent steps, so it needs no external timer. The 300 W Pro Fixture is laid out for a 120 x 60 cm field rather than a square. In a long, narrow room that puts less light beside the crop, and it makes more difference than a change in wattage would.

Do I still need a timer with the 240 W Pro?
The 6, 12 and 18 hour timer is in the lamp. If you want a schedule other than those three, you will still need an external clock.
What is the difference between the 300 W and the 300 W Pro Fixture?
The wattage is the same, the shape of the light field is not: the 300 W is aimed at around 100 x 100 cm, the Pro Fixture at 120 x 60 cm. Choose on the shape of your room.
